Style specifics: Retro Style is a recent designation for the period in the forties when large scale, stylized geometric forms, drapes, bows or ribbons were all the rage. Pink Gold, set with colored stones, sometimes in floral forms was common.

Source of inspiration: Retro. Although the style of this bracelet is typically for the Retro period, it is most likely made some 30 till 40 years later. The indication we have for this is the white golden spring. Would the bracelet have been made in the Forties, than the spring would have been made in the same yellow color as the bracelet. Goldsmiths started using white gold for the springs of bracelets somewhere in the Seventies.
