Antique earrings mid 18th century with table cut rose cut diamonds very special!

Most of the antique earrings with rose cut diamonds we find are normally set with normal rose cut diamonds. But besides eight "normal" rose cut diamonds each, these beauties are each set with two table rose cut diamonds. Even for the "happy few" of the 16th, 17th and 18th Century, stones like this were parsimoniously used. It is seldom we find earrings in this quality. The hooks are of later date which is not uncommon as the hooks have the most to endure when wearing.
