Victorian French I like you, I love you...a little...a lot...madly pendant

Besides the flowers in the center there is a text that is cut à jour and it reads: "un peu" and "beaucoup" (French for "a little" and "a lot"). This comes from a cute thing lovers do, telling fortunes by pulling the petals off daisies ... the French rhyme goes something like : "je t'aime un peu, beaucoup, a la folie, pas du tout". (French for "I love you a little, a lot, madly, not at all"). In English there seem to be only two choices : "He loves me, he loves me not...".
The French sure have ways how to express themselves.
